The recruitment process is a little unusual but it does give you the chance to find out about us as we do about you.

• Firstly, we will be looking at your CV to see whether you have the qualifications and skills needed to be able to enjoy the role.
• If this goes well, we will invite you to a teams interview with the Head of Engagement.
• After this, you may be asked to complete a technical test.
• If this goes well, we will invite you to a teams interview with the Head of Culture.
• Finally, if we are happy you are the right kind of person, we will invite you to speak to the existing team and ask them questions about what life is really like here.
